George is a Chartered Surveyor who has acted for landlords, tenants, investors and developers in all aspects of commercial property. It is his breadth of experience that enables George to look at every situation and identify opportunities, risks and solutions that might otherwise be missed.

In acting solely for tenants and occupiers, George’s experience of working for the ‘other side’ gives him the upper hand in spotting the tactics employed by landlords. This is particularly relevant in his specialist areas of acquisitions and service charges where onerous lease clauses and covenants can leave tenants and occupiers open to substantial liabilities.
