Andrew is a Chartered Building Surveyor who has provided advice to major corporates and investors on all aspects of their property portfolios for more than 20 years. His clients include Asda, AXA, Canal and River Trust, Debenhams, DHL Exel, IM Properties, Kennedy Wilson, Kuehne + Nagel, KN Drinks Logistics & UPS.
Andrew’s broad and diverse experience encompasses all types of property and forms of construction. His extensive knowledge has allowed him to specialise in dilapidations which requires an understanding of property law as well as being able to identify building defects and organise and management refurbishment and maintenance works to rectify these. This knowledge also allows him to advise corporates when acquiring properties to management and mitigate any future dilapidations liability. He has considerable knowledge within the logistics and ‘Big Shed’ market where he is active on an almost daily basis
