Clews & Co. was established in 2001 by Chartered Surveyor, David Clews MRICS, who manages a team with over 100 years combined specialist experience.

We specialise in advising occupiers of industrial and distribution property. By only operating in this specific sector we have developed specialist knowledge that gives our clients a competitive edge.

We cover the whole of the UK and Ireland as well as Europe. We are active in all UK regions, all of the time. This affords us a vast wealth of experience, technical knowledge and market presence, the benefits of which are passed on to our clients.

Our head office is based in the Midlands which, combined with our London office, allows us excellent access to all parts of the UK. We have also built up a national network of specialist consultants and local agents giving us the resources to cover all disciplines and presence in every market.
